Position Overview:
As an Assistant Production Manager at CollagenMe, you’ll assist the Production Manager in the daily operations of the production line. You’ll play a key role in supporting the team, managing schedules, and ensuring that production runs smoothly while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Assistance:
– Assist in overseeing the production process, ensuring that the team stays on schedule and meets daily production goals.
– Step in to supervise the team in the Production Manager’s absence, ensuring operations continue to run efficiently. - Staff Coordination:
– Assist in managing the production team by coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring team members are properly trained.
– Help onboard new staff members and support ongoing training efforts. - Quality Control Support:
– Ensure that collagen drinks meet all quality control standards and safety regulations.
– Support in maintaining a clean and organized production area, ensuring that all health and safety guidelines are followed. - Inventory Management Assistance:
– Monitor ingredient levels and assist with inventory management, coordinating with suppliers for timely restocking.
– Help track and document usage of ingredients to ensure proper inventory rotation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or assistant management role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
